- What does a seismic retrofit cost?
- A standard bolting and cripple wall retrofit is one of the more affordable upgrades you can make, and state grant programs can offset part of it for many homeowners. Larger or soft story work costs more. The return, a house that stays on its foundation, is hard to beat.
